A fundamental building block for ease and mindfulness

We are all being encouraged to use some sort of mindfulness or meditative practice to use during these lockdown days. Some of us don’t know where to start with this. Others may already have a practice but are finding it hard to stick with as the external noise and tension pour in. This post is about one of the simplest starting points available to us all—a very easy breath and restorative relaxation technique that allows the body and mind to drop straight into a state of ease.
